Reliable services. Technology change grounded in everyday operations.

NEITH helps businesses improve service reliability and operational stability through practical advice, delivery management and coordination for selected technology projects.

We focus on how technology, responsibilities and suppliers connect with the work people need to do every day.

Our primary focus is Australia and Hong Kong, with remote advisory elsewhere in Asia where suitable.

How we help

Service Reliability & Operational Stability

Understand recurring disruption, clarify ownership and identify practical priorities for an important business service.

We examine how people, systems and suppliers work together, including the dependencies and workarounds that affect everyday operations.

Technology Projects & Delivery

Delivery management, governance and vendor coordination for selected technology projects.

We help make responsibilities, decisions and dependencies clear across the people involved. The project scope and NEITH’s delivery role are agreed for each engagement.

Service Transition & Operational Readiness

Review whether the people receiving a service have the knowledge, responsibilities and arrangements they need.

We help identify handover gaps and clarify what needs attention before or during a change.

Explore operational readiness

Experience across operations, delivery and infrastructure.

NEITH’s three founders bring complementary experience from their previous roles: application and production support; service governance and programme delivery; and infrastructure, cloud and operational resilience.

These perspectives inform how we approach a requirement—from the decisions needed to move work forward to the practical arrangements needed to operate the service.

This is founder prior experience, not a record of projects delivered by NEITH.

Meet the founders

A focused starting point: the Service Reliability Health Check.

When an operational concern is difficult to explain, the Health Check provides a focused review of the people, responsibilities, systems and suppliers behind an important service.

It examines how the service works in practice, where arrangements are unclear and what deserves closer attention.

The scope, timing, fees and outputs are agreed before work begins. If you already have a defined project requirement, you can discuss it with us directly.

Have a project brief or RFQ?

You can approach NEITH with a defined requirement, a project that needs delivery coordination or a handover that needs closer attention.

Share a short outline of the work, the role you are seeking and any relevant submission date. We can discuss suitability, the founder experience relevant to the requirement and the scope NEITH could take on.

Scope, responsibilities and resourcing are agreed for each engagement. A Health Check is not required before discussing project work.
