Information and enquiries
Privacy
For questions about privacy or information you have provided, email privacy@neith.com.au.
NEITH operates this website. This notice explains the information involved when you visit the site or contact us. For a privacy question, access or correction request, or concern about information you have provided, email privacy@neith.com.au.
Information you choose to provide
When you email NEITH, we receive the information you include in your message. This may include your name, email address, role, organisation, a description of your enquiry and preferred meeting times. Email also includes message details such as the sender, recipient and date.
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange conversations and discuss whether our services may be relevant. You can browse the website without sending an enquiry. Without a reply address or enough context, we may be unable to respond meaningfully.
Please keep an initial enquiry general. Do not send passwords, customer records or confidential operational documents. Any information needed for a later consulting engagement can be discussed separately.
Visiting the website
This is a static information website. It has no contact form, mailing-list signup, advertising pixels or analytics integration. The website application does not set marketing cookies or use browser storage. Email links open your own email application; sending a message is your choice.
Normal hosting and server logs may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times. Such records can support website operation, troubleshooting and security. The presence of technical logs does not mean the site uses marketing analytics.
Hosting, email and other service providers
We use service providers needed to host the website and handle email. These services may process website requests and correspondence as part of delivering and supporting those functions. Your own email provider also processes messages you send.
Information may be processed in a different country from the one where you are located, depending on the services involved. Our focus on Australia and Hong Kong does not imply that all information is stored in either market. Contact us if you need information about the processing arrangements relevant to an enquiry before sharing sensitive material.
Keeping and protecting information
Information may need to be kept while an enquiry or engagement is active and for related administration, security or applicable record-keeping needs. Retention depends on the type of record and why it is held; this notice does not specify a single period for all information.
Email and hosting services have their own storage, backup and security arrangements. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information sent to NEITH has been lost, disclosed incorrectly or accessed without authorisation, contact privacy@neith.com.au.
Access, correction and concerns
You can contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant correspondence, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
We may need to clarify the request or verify your identity before providing information or making a change. We will consider the request and explain the response or any further information needed. If you are dissatisfied, tell us why so we can consider the concern further. Any applicable rights or external complaint options depend on the circumstances and relevant law.
The privacy address forwards to NEITH’s main enquiry inbox. It is a contact route for privacy matters, not a separate confidential reporting system.
Changes to the website or this notice
If forms, booking tools, mailing lists, analytics or other integrations are introduced, this notice will need to reflect their information handling before they are used. We may update the notice when the website or relevant practices change.
