One of our slogan is “We understand business, we understand you.” Why do we say that?

A lot of people guesses. They are mind readers, geniuses, and we are not. We are not good at guessing. We are not here to show you how intelligent we are by demonstrating we can read your mind. We are here to perform a job that can help your business grow. Our value is to improve your business by doing what we are good at, which is the list of services shown on our service page. Guessing and mind reading is not part of our service.

We have a checklist for initial meeting. If you have a look at our work flow, our very first step is Requirement gathering. This allow us to understand you. There is no one else who understands your business better than you do. Here are some example questions we ask:

  • What are the basics of the business?
  • What is the problem we need to solve?
  • What are you products and services?
  • Who are your competitors?
  • Where is the business based?
  • Where is the business servicing?
  • How much time do you have for this project?
  • How much budget have you set aside for this project?

We understand business, we understand you

 We do this by talking to our clients, gathering their needs, understanding their pain points, what are their wants and needs, what values we can give, how we can improve their business by resolving their problems.
